1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "You", "Your") and bos67 ("we", "us", "our", "Company", "Platform") governing your access to and use of the bos67 website located at https://bos67.cam and all associated services, features, content, and applications (collectively, the "Services").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, placing bets, playing games, or otherwise using any Services provided by bos67, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines. bos67 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

3.2 Account Registration Process

To register an account, you must:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address.
• Create a unique username and secure password for your Account.
• Accept these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
• Confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements stated herein.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials and for all activities that occur under your Account. You must immediately notify bos67 of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other security breach. bos67 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials.

3.3 Account Restrictions

• Each User may hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts opened using false information will be closed, and any winnings or bonuses forfeited.
• Accounts cannot be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person or entity.
• bos67 reserves the right to refuse registration or close an Account at any time without providing a reason, subject to returning any legitimate Balance to the User.

4. Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

As part of our commitment to responsible gaming and regulatory compliance, bos67 requires all Users to complete identity verification ("KYC") before processing withdrawals. You may be required to provide:

• A clear copy or photo of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) showing all four corners and readable text.
• A recent selfie photograph of yourself holding your KTP next to your face.
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence issued within the last three months).
• Proof of payment method ownership (bank statement or screenshot showing your name and account details).

KYC verification is typically processed within 1-24 hours. During this period, your ability to withdraw funds may be restricted. Providing false, altered, or fraudulent documents will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

5. Deposits and Payments

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bank transfer and e-wallets are typically processed instantly during banking hours (Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00 WIB). Deposits made outside banking hours may experience delays of up to 24 hours. bos67 does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

5.3 Source of Funds

You warrant that all funds deposited into your Account are derived from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of criminal activity. bos67 reserves the right to request proof of source of funds at any time, particularly for large deposits or unusual transaction patterns. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Process

You may request a withdrawal of your Account Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified (KYC completed).
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled or the bonus forfeited before withdrawal.
• Withdrawals can only be made to bank accounts or payment methods registered in your own name.

6.2 Withdrawal Timeframes

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 Bonus Terms

bos67 may offer welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, free bets, and other promotional offers from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must typically be wagered a specified number of times (e.g., 10x, 20x, 30x) before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute less or be excluded.

Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will be closed, and all funds forfeited.

7.3 Bonus Cancellation

You may cancel an active bonus at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, all bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds will be removed from your Account, leaving only your original deposited funds.

8. Betting and Gaming Rules

12. Account Closure and Suspension

• Breach of these Terms or any applicable law.

• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Request by law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

You may voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining legitimate Balance will be returned to you after deducting any applicable fees or outstanding obligations. Bonus funds, pending bets, and unredeemed promotions will be forfeited.

13. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, graphics, software, and other intellectual property displayed on the Platform are the exclusive property of bos67 or our licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
